1. How are payments made? When you sign up for a computer support plan, we will create a Sandstorm account for you. You can login to this account to view your monthly invoices and make payments online through our secure server. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Amex credit cards, and PayPal. You may also pay in person with a check or with your credit card over the phone. All payments are due by the 15th day of the month. 2. This seems cheap, are there any extra fees? Plan pricing covers monthly maintenance and allotted amount of remote support time. Extra support hours may be purchased at $25 per hour. Extra computer service that is not covered by maintenance will be billed at $70 per hour. 3. What time is technical and remote support available?
